Hi Everyone and welcome! The Life Project CIC was set up by me, Erica Sosna in September 2006. Ours is a personal development company that provides effective inspiration, tools and programmes that enable young people and adults to lead their most empowered lives. Our aim is to deliver programmes that reach 20,000 youth and adults by December 2012. As of August 13th 2011 are currently at 4,264 adults and 1497 youth.

What We Do
• We offer events and training for educators worldwide to develop their skills in engaging and empowering learners. We also redesign curriculums to make them more real life and relevant;
• We design bespoke CSR programmes involving youth, community and enterprise to enable companies, charities and the public sector to improve outcomes for the communities they serve and
• We provide start up enterprise education and coaching for social and creative entrepreneurs worldwide.
How We Do It
Social Enterprise: Our organisation works by taking from Peter to feed Paul. We call it the "Robin Hood" business model. By using a sliding scale of prices we make sure that our courses remain accessible to everyone. So by working with us you support others to grow. And hurrah for that!
Creative Professionals: We aim to be creative, innovative, exciting and professional. We want your experience of working with us to motivate and inspire you, we want to give you a spectacular experience and for you to feel that you are getting good value, high quality support from an organisation you can trust.
Collaboration and Partnership: The Life Project CIC believes in working in partnership with others. We reckon a lot more could get done in the world if we learned when it's useful to get together rather than compete. We bring together a wide range of practitioners for different projects and we always welcome opportunities to partner with others.
Always Learning, Always Growing: Here, we are always looking for new and effective ways to get better at what we do. We are always on the look out for new tools and techniques that inspire you, are fun to use and get results!
Does What It Says on The Tin: We want to make sure we don't get caught up in jargon or lost up our own bottoms. We want what we do to be accessible to everyone, everywhere. So we work hard to keep our communication friendly and our message clear.
Win/Win: We believe that there are ways for friends, organisations and our world to work that create a win/win. This means that it is not necessary for someone else to lose out for me to be successful. There are ways that we can explore our different needs and, with a little creativity, find ways to make sure that everyone is happy. That's a win/win!
