Mowgli is a charity established by businessman Tony Bury, to provide mentoring to entrepreneurs in the emerging world. Mowgli needed both a project plan for the implementation of their work and a programme of mentoring that could work across international distances.

In consultation with the team at Mowgli, we began to develop a project framework, along PRINCE 2 Project principles. This structured the launch of Mowgli in its first two countries and established a risk log to monitor challenges and obstacles along the way.

We also designed an interactive training for mentors and mentees, alongside workbooks and manuals for tracking the goals set and their progress in relation to them.

The Mowgli Foundation has continued to expand since its launch and is now to be found in 5 countries across the Arab and African world.
