Five words to describe me: Swot, Rebel, Catalyst, Inspired, Passionate.

I've come to The Life Project work via central government policy making, equality and diversity consulting, storytelling, life coaching and a life long interest in people and society. For me, the most important aspect of a truly free democracy and a healthy world is the need to teach us all the skills to take responsibility for our freedom. The Life Project does just that, in a community centred, exploratory and joyful way. I would describe my greatest talents as "depth psychology". I excel at opening the doors of the mind and acting as a midwife to the spirit, assisting the rebirth of individuals, organisations and cultures.
