Find Your Vocation is a practical and inspiring 3-day course that develops the career coaching skills of practitioners.

The course gives you a simple model, comprehensive materials and an opportunity to practice a range of instantly useful coaching skills that can be applied across a range of contexts and adapted to suit the audience and time available.

The course also develops the skills and confidence of all practitioners in delivering both one to one and group work sessions that help your clients make effective career and study related decisions.

The first two days of training introduce you to our materials and unique approach and develop your skills in delivery. You then return a month later, having trialled the materials in your work environment and spend another day exploring Best Practice and addressing any challenges in implementation. Our support continues after the course, when you become part of our Find Your Vocation learning community, meeting online and in person, to share practice.

The coaching programme you brought into the Prison has made a huge difference here. The men seem so much more alive. It is so important that they have clarity about their next steps after leaving us.
