As a social enterprise, we use the profits of our work to fund our powerful interventions with young people. 

We fill the gaps in life education for young people by offering them an alternative education, that combines life skills, personal development, careers coaching and enterprise training to help them embrace their role as global citizens and develop the skills they need as the leaders and change agents of the future.  

We often deliver this work in partnership with other youth organisations, funders and socially responsible companies, charities and local authorities. 

We design and deliver summer camps: Our camps enable young people to enjoy learning about themselves and others  through creativity, personal development and the practice of democratic approaches to decision making and community building.

We run social enterprise days: Do you know that 64% of young people want to run their own businesses? These interactive sessions that help your young people develop the skills and confidence to make a small business with a heart a real possibility for them

We help young people Find Their Niche: We believe that if you help a young person uncover who they are and how they work, they will be a lot happier and more productive. We also believe that processes that enable them to find meaning and purpose, giving them a sense of mission and place in the world, can help them cope a lot better with the outdated systems and overstimulation that they are subject to every day. We frequently give our time and energy for free to help schools, youth projects and charities reach out to young people and inspire them.
